What are your opening hours?
They are displayed on the homepage of our website and on the Google page for us. Our opening hours differ during school holidays, the Google page is kept up to date with these details & the amended opening hours are displayed on the homepage of the website.
Do your arcades take card payments?
At the moment unfortunately not however we do have a cashback facility at the reception till so just ask when you arrive if you would like some and we can do this for you. (*minimum spends and conditions apply)
Can I order over the phone & in person?
We do not have the facility to take orders over the phone or in person, we are online only.
How much is bowling?
Bowling prices vary depending on the days of the week and how many players there are. You can view the prices by clicking on “bowling”, these will display the prices for in centre and phone bookings. Bowling is normally cheaper when you book online.
How much is it to have a kids birthday party?
Prices depend on what you would like, to check prices or request a quote and availability visit our parties page.
What shoes do I wear?
Please wear closed toe and flat shoes. We can provide bowling shoes however this is subject to availability so we ask that people wear suitable footwear.
Do you offer concessions rates?
We do, these are not bookable online however, feel free to get in touch with us and ask about these rates.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible via phone.
Can I book lazer zone online?
We only offer online booking for bowling at this time, however we hope to release a full service online bookings system soon.
What food is available?
You can view our menu online by visiting the bawtry bar and diner page. (The kitchens opening hours may differ from the centres opening hours).
Can I order from The Pudding Bowl ?
Yes simply scan the QR codes on your lane and order online. We are unable to take orders from one of the tills or via phone for The Pudding Bowl. (The Pudding Bowls opening hours vary to the rest of the centre). For info on The Pudding Bowl opening hours (including dine in hours), please visit www.thepuddingbowl.com. You can also order for collection and delivery on their website.
